'Bopivirus B' is a candidate species in the genus Bopivirus (László et al., 2021). Although it has been suggested that two genotypes occur in sheep and goats (László et al., 2021), analyses of the capsid-coding region suggests only a single type (N.J. Knowles, unpub.).
