| Aichivirus B
(formerly named Bovine kobuvirus) is one of three species in
the genus Kobuvirus. This species consists
of a two types bovine kobuvirus 1 (BKV-1) (Yamashita et al.,
2003) and sheep kobuvirus 1 (SKV) (Reuter et al.,
2010). Bovine kobuvirus-like sequences have also been detected in pigs (Khamrin et al., 2010).
A third genotype, ferret kobuvirus, has recently been
