The species Kobuvirus
bejaponia
(formerly named Aichivirus B and before that Bovine kobuvirus) consists
of a three genotypes:
Aichivirus A1 also known as bovine kobuvirus 1 (BKV-1) (Yamashita et al.,
2003)
Aichivirus A2 also known as ferret kobuvirus (Smits et al.,
2013)
Aichivirus A3 also known as sheep kobuvirus 1 (SKV) (Reuter et al.,
2010)
